Chef Justin Kruger of the Food Bank for Larimer County has designed a Spanish-style five course meal paired with beers from New Belgium Brewing and Spanish wines.

1st Course Passed Appetizers:
Cured salmon with pretzel and beer creme fraiche
Pork ciccioli on grilled Ingrained bread with pickles and herbs

2nd Course:
Spring garlic soup with pork fried crouton, Marcona almonds and paprika

3rd Course:
Porchetta with Anson Mills native blue corn grits, radish, chard, pork cracklin'

4th Course: 
Beer brined pork loin, Anson Mills slow roasted farro, Hazel Dell mushrooms, carrots, turnips and mushroom chips
